In the above said matter earlier Mr. Rajeev Awasthi, Advocate was appearing on behalf of the appellant. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma, Appellant in FPA-PMLA-MUM-578/2014 submits that he has to engage a new counsel in the matter. It could not be done as he suffered from paralyses attack. An adjournment is sought on behalf of Mr. Saud, counsel for the respondent. Liberty is also granted to both the parties to file written synopsis.
