The above mentioned application has been filed by the appellant for restoration of MP-PMLA-1972/AHD/2014 and FPA-PMLA-502/AHD/2013 which was dismissed by order dated 21.10.2015.

Reply to the above mentioned application for restoration has been filed by the respondent stating that appellant has deliberately got the earlier appeal dismissed in order to achieve the benefit from other proceedings in which the appellant was ultimately not successful. Therefore, now he is pressing the prayer in this application. However, he has no objection to the restoration of appeal subject to imposition of heavy cost to be deposited with the respondent so that the appeal can be heard
