Appeal under Section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 has been filed alongwith the application for condonation of delay of eighteen days has been filed. The prayer is opposed. We have heard both the parties for the reason stated in the application, sufficient cause is shown. The prayer in the appeal for condonation of delay is allowed.
