The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellants in all the appeals would file the referring document including the details of M/s Mita Holdings who are not a party in the order of the Adjudicating Authority which have not been filed and were produced before the Adjudicating Authority. Let the same be filed within four weeks from today. As regard the above mentioned appeals are concerned, issue notice. Mr. Faraz, on behalf of respondents accepts the notice. He seeks time to file the reply within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed two weeks thereafter. The learned Counsel for the appellants have referred to a large number of documents in support of their arguments. As far as the attachment of shares are concerned, till the next date the said attachment will continue, however, ‘ status quo’ shall be maintained by
