The appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the PMLA, 2002 against the order dated 21^st June, 2017. Issue notice. Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate accepts the notice. He seeks six weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.

Alongwith the appeal, the application for interim order has been passed. Issue notice. Reply be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder four weeks thereafter. Learned counsel for the appellant is presently pressing for the interim order in relation to the property No.1 as per the detail of chart filed before this Tribunal on 31^st July, 2017. Counsel for the appellant submits that there has been a construction in the said property where the appellant is residing. In view of statement given, we are of the view that till the next date of hearing, both the parties shall maintain the status quo in respect of the title and possession of the said property. The appellant shall not dispose of or create third party interest in the said property till the further orders.
