We may clarify here that originally this matter was listed in the
Bench-1. However it is the matter of Bench-2 as rightly pointed by the learned counsel for the appellant. He also submits that the appellant has already prepared the F.D. of Rs. 2 crores and photocopy of the same has been filed in the registry and his client is also trying to arrange the another F.D. for the sum of Rs. 50 Lakhs. At his request, list on 14th July, 2017.
