Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that FDR in the name of Joint Director, Enforcement Directorate for a sum of Rs. 2.5 crore shall be deposited during the course of the day. Photocopies of the FDRs have been handed over to the counsel for the respondent. Issue notice to the appeal as well as in the stay application. Let the reply be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
