The fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of PMLA against the order dated 27^th February, 2017. Issue notice to the respondent. Ms. Shilpi Satyapriya Satyam, counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for appellant is pressing for interim order. He submits that after filing the appeal under section 8(4) has been served to the appellant. He states that it is a residential property where both the appellant and his family is residing. They undertake not to dispose or part with the possession with the said property.

The learned counsel for the respondent is opposing the prayer made in the interim application and submits that the appellant to deposit the reasonable rental value of the property. Let the respondent may verify the position and file the evidence disclosing the details of the market value in the property of question within four weeks from today. The appropriate order would be passed accordingly if so required as per merit of the matter. List this application on 21^st August, 2017.
