Rejoinder has been filed. In the rejoinder the Affidavit has been filed by the Pradhan of Gram Panchayat which indicates that approximate rental value of the attached properties between Rs. 4000/to Rs.5,000/-. Ms. Shilpi, learned Counsel for the respondent submits that as per Lekhpal Valuation Report, the property can fetch rent to the tune of Rs.24,000/-. She states that there are eight rooms and certain portions have been let out to the tenants. She states that the respondent is not aware of the actual rent received by the appellant. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that reasonable amount be fixed and he will take the instructions from his client by the next date of hearing. He denies that the property has been let out to any tenant. Let the Affidavit in this regard be filed within four weeks.
