On 31.07.2017, four weeks time to file the rejoinder has been granted but the same has not been filed in the appeal as well as in the interim application. The appellant is enjoying the interim order already passed. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that no used and occupation charges are fixed, therefore the appellant is delaying the hearing of stay application and appeal.
As per as the rejoinder concerned, the same be filed within four weeks time. Rs. 5000/- is to be paid to the learned counsel for the respondent.
List the appeal on 20th March, 2018.
