In view of the last order, the appellant has filed the affidavit alongwith the details of the rent received by the appellant for the attached premises and the rent paid in respect of the premises at Hyderabad by the appellant as well as the other details. Copies of the same have been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent today. Counsel for the respondent is pressing for the deposit of the rent as a condition of an interim relief. He seeks sometime to file the replies to the affidavit as well as the details regarding rent filed by the appellant. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the
