George, appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that in view of the last order dated 2^nd March, 2017, his client has verified the position at the site who has been informed that the rental value of per property is Rs. 2,50,000/-. The said statement is denied by Shri Vijay Aggarwal, the learned counsel for the appellant who submits that he would produce the documents in order to show that the said statement is not correct. Let the affidavit and valuation certificate from the local property dealer be filed within two weeks from today with an
