The fresh appeal has been filed by the counsel for the appellant under Section 26 of PMLA Act, 2002 against the impugned order dated 3rd February, 2017 passed in O.A. No. 642/2016. Along with the appeals, the interim application has also been filed. The similar matter is coming upon 10th March, 2017. Notice to the appeal be issued for 10th March, 2017. The counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order at this stage pertaining to property No. 98-Eastern Avenue, Sainik Farms, New Delhi-110062 and 97D-Eastern Avenue, Sainik Farms, New Delhi110062 only. Without prejudice he has also offered to deposit the sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards the rent of both the properties from the date of passing of the attachment order. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said order may be passed at this stage as the

respondent intents to verify the position and inform this Tribunal so that the appropriate order for market rent may be passed.
List the interim application for consideration on next date i.e. 10th March, 2017.
In the meanwhile the counsel for the respondent shall not take the
further steps in relation to the said property.
