The appellant has filed the present appeal under section 26 of the PMLA, 2002 impugning the order dated 16th December, 2016 passed by the Adjudicating Authority. The said order received by the appellant on 24th December, 2016.
Alongwith the appeal the appellant has filed the application for stay. Issue notice to the respondent. The learned counsel Mr. Shaijan C. George appearing on behalf of respondent says that Mr. Vikas Garg is the main counsel who will make his submission. He seeks one week accommodation.
