Fresh application has been mentioned by the learned counsel for the appellant. The Registry will give the MP No. This application is taken up today due to urgency. Alongwith the application, the appellant has filed the notice dated 08^th June, 2017 issued by the respondent under Section 8(4) of the Act. The counsel for the appellant submits that despite the status quo order passed on 27^th February, 2017 still the notice under Section 8(4) has been issued. It is an admitted position that the order dated 27^th February, 2017 has not been vacated by this Tribunal. The matter is coming up for hearing before us on 13^th July, 2017 (wrongly mentioned in the application as 12^th July, 2017).
