The appellant has challenged the impugned order dated 11^th August, 2016 passed in O.C. No. 632/2016. The submission of Mr. Kirpal, the learned counsel for the appellant is that the impugned order shows that the Adjudicating Authority was fully aware that the property were purchased by the appellant prior to the provisional attachment, however no notice was issued to the appellant. In support of his submissions he has referred the impugned order at para no. 19 at page 38 of 50 wherein it has been specifically recorded about the knowledge of the date of sale property in July, 2011.
