Respondent has not filed the affidavit in terms of order dated 21^st July, 2017. However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has got the instruction from the Department who has informed that the rental value of the attached property (the details which are mentioned in order dated 8^th March, 2017) would be Rupees five thousand per month.

The learned counsel for the appellant is agreeable to deposit user and occupation charges from the date of passing of impugned order. As regards the other properties are concerned, no relief has been sought by the appellant. The appellant shall deposit the user and occupation charges from the date of impugned order dated 29^th November, 2016 at the rate of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only per month with the respondent. The appellant undertakes to keep depositing the said amount every month before 7^th for the preceding month till the disposal of the

appeal. The arrear shall be deposited with the respondent within eight weeks from today. The interim application is, accordingly, disposed of.
