The present appeal has been filed under section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 13^th July, 2016 passed in O.C. No. 551/2016 alongwith the appeal, the appellant has filed the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. It appears from the said application at page no. 3 & 4 that there are blanks about the mentioning of the number of days delay in filing the appeal. Shri Balasubramaniam, proxy counsel appeared on behalf of Shri B. Vinodh Kanna, learned counsel for the appellant and submits that the appellant would like to file a fresh application in order to avoid any objections in this regard. Let the same be done within one week.
