In the meanwhile the appellant has filed the fresh application for additional ground in the appeal. The fresh application for stay of impugned order dated 6^th June, 2016 has also been filed. Since we have already granted interim order in FPA-PMLA-1719/CHN/2017 the said application become infructuous as not pressed. The same is disposed of in the above terms. As far as application for additional ground is

concerned. The same is not numbered. The Registry will give the fresh M.P. number accordingly.

Alongwith the application, the appellant has filed the additional ground in the appeal. We have gone through the application. As a matter of fact the appellant sought to raise additional grounds. It is settled law that as far as the amendment of appeal is concerned, at the time of deciding the application, the merit is not gone into. Even otherwise at the same time these grounds are to be replied. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions, we are inclined to allow the application subject to the cost of Rs. 5,000/-. The said cost shall be paid to the counsel for the respondent within four weeks from today. The M.P. is accordingly disposed of. The Additional grounds are taken on record. The respondent is granted six weeks time to file the reply to the additional grounds.
