Impugned order in the above said matter was passed on 9th May, 2016. The appellant has challenged the said order subsequently on 8th December, 2016. Thereafter, The appellant has received the notice u/s 8(4) of the PMLA-2002. On 23rd December, 2016, the appellant has filed two application i.e. Stay application and the application for additional documents. The said application is not traceable in registry. However, our request fresh applications have been filed.
Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. S.A. Saud, Advocate counsel for the appellant accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the
