Learned counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim order in view of the eviction notice under section 8(4) of the PMLA, 2002 issued by the respondent dated 07^th July, 2017. The learned counsel for the appellant in support of the argument has also referred order dated 23^rd December, 2015 passed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court in WP (C) No. 12274/2015. Admittedly, the impugned order in the above said matter is dated 24^th November, 2015. Notice under section 8(4) of the PMLA, 2002 has been filed more than One year and Nine months considering the averment made in the application. Let the
