These applications have been filed by the appellant for restoration of the appeals. The connected appeals of the appellants are pending before us wherein on the last date; statement was made by the learned counsel for the appellant that neither any criminal complaint in the schedule offence has been registered nor under the PMLA Act. The valuable rights have occurred in favour of the appellant. For the reasons stated in all the applications, the prayer for restoration is allowed. Both the appeals are accordingly, restored in the original position.
