The learned counsel for the appellant submits that although various prayers are made in the appeal, however he is pressing one prayer where the direction is sought against the respondent to provide the mirror image/clone copy of the data Hard Disk/Laptop. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the said material is with the respondent, who has no objection to release the same be ordered. In case, the said material is not with the respondent, appropriate affidavit in this regard would be filed by the next date.
