With the consent of both the parties we may clarify that the
following order passed on 14th February, 2017 in FPA-PMLA1139/SURAT/2015 be read in appeal No. FPA-PMLA-
1137/SURAT/2015.
“The reply has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 22nd September, 2015. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that although various prayers are made in the appeal, however he is pressing one prayer where the direction is sought against the respondent to provide the mirror image/clone copy of the data Hard Disk/Laptop. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case the said material is with the respondent, who has no objection to release the same be ordered. In case, the said material is not with the respondent, appropriate affidavit in this regard would be filed by the next date.
List for disposal on 1st March, 2017.
Copy of the order be given „dasti‟ to both the parties.”
