On perusal of the reply to the application for condonation of delay it is seen that the respondent has stated that the copy of the order has been enclosed regarding the service of the impugned order on the appellant and his son on 23rd April, 2016. It is found that no such copy has been enclosed. In view of the above, in the absence of those documents, no order could be passed and, therefore, the appeal is adjourned for seeking clarification from the parties.
