Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out the order dated
07th December, 2016 in which the following observation was made.
“We are, therefore, of the opinion that the High Court rightly allowed the writ petition of respondent No. 1 filed against the forfeiture of her properties, though this order was affirmed by the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property. However, we find that the High Court has directed to give physical possession of these properties to respondent no. 1. We are informed that the properties have been sold. In view thereof, direction to physically return the properties to respondent no. 1 is modified and it is substituted with the direction that the money which was realised from the sale of these properties shall be remitted to respondent No. 1.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.”
Learned counsel Shri Stanley Joseph, Inspecting Officer appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the respondent

intends to move the application for clarification of the order 07th
December, 2016 as the said order was passed in other proceedings.
