Learned counsel for the respondent seeks an adjournment as she has yet to receive the file from Mr. Venkatesh, Presenting Officer. The adjournment is not opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant. However, the Learned Senior counsel Mr. Vikram S. Nankani states that in the meanwhile the notice of recovery has been received by the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that till the next date of hearing no coercive steps shall be taken in view of the notice issued.
