However, while going through the case records for the purpose of preparation of the order it has been noticed that the original relied upon documents pertaining to the attached were not placed by the appellant, only photocopies were filed on which the appellant has placed his reliance. This Tribunal wishes to examine the same before passing the final order. The counsel for the appellant submits that he would produce the same by 01.05.2017. After production of documents, the order would be pronounced.
