The learned counsel for the appellant will take the instruction from his client with regard to deposit the rent of A.T.M. with the Competent Authority.
According to Mr. Siddhartha Majumdar, I.O. appearing on behalf of the respondent, the appellant is a sub-tenant and receiving the rent at the rate of Rs. 31 thousand per month.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will take the instruction from his client as regards the rent being received from the tenant.
