The cost has not been paid. The same was supposed to be paid by bank draft. Proxy counsel appears on behalf of the appellant and submits that he is carrying a cheque. He will pay the cost by bank draft within one week from today.
The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that to complete his submission he will take one hour more. As sufficient time is not there, the arguments be completed on next date.
