The appellant has filed the appeal u/s 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2000 against the impugned order dated 19th August, 2016. Alongwith the appeal, the appellant has filed two applications i.e. an application for exemption for filing typed copies of annexure alongwith supporting affidavit and application for condonation of dealy of 49 days in filing the appeal. As far as the appeal and application for exemption are concerned, the same will be considered once the application u/s 5 of limitation be decided. Appellant’s prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
