Learned counsel for the appellant states that respondent no.2. may be deleted in the appeal. Amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks.
Appellant has filed the appeal under section 26 of the PMA Act - 2002 against the order dated 22nd September, 2016. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. N.K. Matta, Advocate accepts the notice on behalf of the respondent and seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
Both the parties are allowed to file their written synopsis on or before the next date of hearing.
The learned counsel for the appellant states that the matter is also pending before the Hon’ble Kerala High Court and in the light of the order
