The appeal has been filed by the appellant u/s 26 of the PML Act arising out of the order dated 19.08.2016 whereby the Adjudicating Authority has confirmed the provisional attachment order in O.C. 590/2016.

Issue notice to the respondent. Mr Vikas Garg, counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply to the appeal as well as stay application. Reply be filed within six week with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant, who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
