The fresh application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for fixing the early date of hearing for the interim stay application. The Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that after the last date of hearing, the notice has been issued to the appellant for taking possession of attached properties as for which the appellant has got the information only on 10th November, 2016. He submits that the appellant had no option but to file for early hearing of the stay application. Issue notice to the respondent. The Counsel for the applicant has prayed for the early hearing of the stay application. The prayer is allowed and MPPMLA/2879/KOL/2016 is disposed of accordingly.
