The fresh appeal has been filed by the two persons, namely, Mr. Anil Kumar Jalota and Vaisha Mehra. The appellant No. 1 is father of the appellant No. 2. Both the parties have challenged the impugned order dated 10th January, 2016 passed in OC No. 542/2016. Issue notice to the respondent. The Learned Counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and he seeks some time to file his reply in the matter, if necessary. In case the reply is required, the respondent would file the same within 6 weeks otherwise the matter may be heard on merit.
In case the reply is filed by the respondent, advance copy be served to the Learned Counsel to the appellant who shall file rejoinder, if any, four weeks thereafter.
