After small hearing of both sides, the appellant is directed to without prejudice, deposit the sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- by way of FDR to the respondent for the period of one year initially within two months from today. Subject to the said deposit the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till the disposal of the appeal. The application is disposed off accordingly.
