From the record it appears that respondent no. 2 is yet to be served. The appellant to take the necessary steps to serve him by Registered A.D. Post.
The counsel for the appellant seeks liberty to delete the respondent no. 6 i.e. Santosh B. Limon. The same is granted accordingly. Amended memo of parties be filed before the next date of hearing.

The reply has not been filed. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would be moving the fresh application for auctioning the vehicle within three weeks.
The learned counsel for the respondent seeks some time to take the instructions in this regard. It is suggested by him in case the value of the vehicle is deposited by the appellant with the respondent no. 1; the respondent may not have any objection to remove the vehicle in question by taking the possession. The appellant seeks time to take instructions on or before the next date of hearing.
