The appellant No. 1 to 3 are present. Inspite of specific orders the appellant no. 4 namely Smt. Shakeela did not appear. They agreed that the property was purchased by them despite of the ‘status quo’ order passed by this tribunal. They undertake not to dispose of the property or create any third party interest in the property directly or indirectly till the next date of hearing. Separate statements of appellants namely Smt. Tahseen & Mr. Aqueel are separately recorded to the above effect.
