Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, challenging the inaction of the respondents in protecting, implementing the Orders in Writ Petition No.22567 of 2018 dt.10-07-2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and for the state of Andhra Pradesh as illegal, arbitrary and violative of under Articles 14,19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, directing the respondents to respect, to implement, to enforce the Orders in Writ Petition No.22567 of 2018 dt.10-07-2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and for the state of Andhra Pradesh and to pass

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been

filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:

“ ... to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, challenging the inaction of the respondents in protecting, implementing the Orders in Writ Petition No.22567 of 2018 dt.10-07-2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and for the state of Andhra Pradesh as illegal, arbitrary and violative of under Articles 14,19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to respect, to implement, to enforce the Orders in Writ Petition No.22567 of 2018 dt.10-07-2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and for the state of Andhra Pradesh and to pass ...”

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that let there be a direction to respondent No.4 to look into the petitioner’s representation and take an appropriate decision and dispose of this Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that petitioner has submitted a representation to the Police for implementation of the order passed in Writ Petition No.22567 of 2018 dated 10.07.2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and for the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to look into the Petitioner’s representation and

taken an appropriate decision according to law and in accordance with the order dated 10.07.2018 passed in WP No.22567 of 2018. No order as to costs.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
