This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution
of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the case of the petitioner to Recognize/Appoint as Founder Family Member for 4th respondent temple insipte of representation 03.12.2025 and 10.03.2026, being bad, illegal, arbitrary contrary to the provisions of AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 30/1987 and violative of Articles 14 and 26 of Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to Recognize/Appoint the petitioner as Founder Family Member for the 4th respondent temple and pass such other order.”

father of the petitioner died in the year 1994. Thereafter, the elder

brother of the petitioner was recognized as hereditary trustee in the place of their father in the year 1995. While so, in the year 2019 the elder brother of the petitioner died and remaining two brothers of the petitioner were also expired in the year 2011 and 2018 respectively.
Since, then the petitioner has been discharging the functions of hereditary trustee, though there are no specific orders from the competent authority. The petitioner made representations dated 03.12.2025 and 10.03.2026 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 with the consent of his sister. But, the respondents neither considered the representations of the petitioner and passed any orders nor replied. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
