Heard Sri V.V. Prabhakara Rao, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities.

Although the present Writ Petition has challenged the laying of the CC roads in front of the Petitioner’s house at 4 feet below the existing level, Sri V.V. Prabhakara Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that he would limit the Prayer to directing the Respondents to dispose of the Representation submitted by her, dated 26.03.2026 (Ex. P.1).

Sri V.V. Prabhakara Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has taken this Court through the said Representation, dated 26.03.2026 (Ex.P.1).

Having considered the limited prayer of the Petitioner to consider and dispose of the Representation dated 26.03.2026 (Ex.P.1), this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondent Authorities, particularly Respondent No.3, to consider the Representation of the Petitioner, dated 26.03.2026 (Ex.P.1) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks, and convey such Order to the Petitioner forthwith.

The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a photocopy of this Representation dated 26.03.2026 (Ex.P.1) to Respondent No.3 within one week (01) from today, along with a copy of this Order, for effective compliance.
