Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that yesterday, petitioner received a notice from the respondent Police to the effect that the case was closed due to lack of evidence. Learned counsel would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate forum, according to law. No order as to costs.
