Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toissue an appropirate writ, order or direction more particuarlly one in the natureof writ of Cetiorari calling for records in O.A.No.623 of 2004 on the file of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal and set aside the order dt. 17.03.2006 in the said O.A. and pass such other order or orders.

Sri N. Prem Raj, learned counsel representing Sri Y.Chakradhara Raja, for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, vide memo dated 28.04.2026.

Recording the submission as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The interim order granted by this Court in W.V.M.P.No.1239 of 2006 on 27.09.2006 stands vacated.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

also stand closed.
