ORDER: (per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)

This writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed by the wife to produce the detenue (husband) before the Court.

Sri Ragi Anjaneyulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the detenue has been remanded to judicial custody and so the writ petition be dismissed as infructuous.

Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also submits that he has instructions that the detenue has been remanded to judicial custody.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
