Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the Nature of MANDAMUS declaring the Memo No.1284030-ADMIN2 SEC-DOID dated 11.10.2022, whereby the Respondent No. 2 has regretted the request of the Petitioner for his service regularization cum probation declaration in the cadre of Deputy Directors, is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14 and Article 16 of the Constitution of India and by quashing and setting aside the same direct the Respondents to grant service regularization cum probation
