The writ petition is filed seeking to declare the impugned order passed by the 5^th respondent vide proceedings No.13/2022, dated 17.11.2022, removing the petitioner from the post of Mini Anganwadi Worker of Chinnarajeru Anganwadi Centre, Code No.206, Dattirajeru Mandal, ICDS Project, Gajapathinagaram, Vizianagaram District.

At the time of admission, this Court passed an order dated 06.01.2023, directing the respondents to reinstate the writ petitioner into service in terms of the interim direction passed in W.P.M.P. No.26209 of 2017 in W.P. No.21313 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017 (Ex.P8), and such reinstatement

shall be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition. No counters have been filed.

Welfare submits that, subsequent to the orders of this Court, the petitioner was reinstated into service and she is continuing in service. However, the respondents shall not initiate any action, as she has been discharging her duties.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service, without taking any further action pursuant to the impugned order in the writ petition. However, the respondent authorities are at liberty to initiate appropriate action, if necessary,

if any misconduct is exhibited by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
