This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the docket order dated 15.02.2024 passed in I.A.No.59 of 2024 in O.S.No.28 of 2024 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Mylavaram.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they filed counter in I.A.No.59 of 2024 and is ready with the matter; however, the trial court is not proceeding with disposal of the I.A.No.59 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the respondents disputed the said fact, and stated that I.A., was disposed of confirming the injunction granted in favour of the respondents/ plaintiffs.

In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.59 of 2024 in O.S.No.28 of 2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not yet disposed.
