Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in not granting the lease hold rights of Damavaram Cheruvu, Kourugunta Cheruvu, Dagadarthi Pedda Cheruvu, Dagadarthi Chinna Cheruvu, Tadakaluru Pedda Cheruvu, Thadakaluru Chinna Ceruvu, Tanks, which are in the area of operation of the petitioner society for the Fasli.1435 (01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026) commenced on 01.07.2025 in terms of G.O.Ms. No.776, dated 31.12.1990 issued by the Government by considering the representation given by the president of the petitioner society, dated 02.02.2026 by passing the Managing Committee Resolution dated 02.02.2026 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines issued by the Government as per G.O.Ms. No.776, dated 31.12.1990 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to grant lease hold rights of the Fishery wealth in the above mentioned Tanks in favour of the petitioner society for the Fasli.1435 (01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026 to enable the members of the petitioner society to eke out their livelihood in the interest of Justice and to pass such
