Heard Sri MD. Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation, appearing for the respondents.

The instant Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to call for the records relating to the order passed in Surcharge Case No.376/2022-C dated 27.05.2025 by the 3^rd respondent and to quash and set aside the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, both the learned counsel submitted that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the earlier Division Bench Judgments rendered by this Court in W.A.Nos.915, 917, 918, 919, 920 & 921 of 2024 dated 23.04.2026.

Following the aforesaid judgment, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the observations and directions contained therein. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.915, 917, 918, 919, 920 & 921 of 2024 dated 23.04.2026, to this order.
