The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:-

<…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring that the Respondent No 5 cannot interfere in any civil property disputes between the citizens and cannot take on themselves the function of a civil court at the instance of third parties and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the Respondents Nos 6 to 8 being illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of Principles of Natural Justice and pass….=

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant

Sri A. Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits

that respondent No.5 is interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and is threatening the petitioner to settle the said civil disputes with respondent Nos.6 and 8.

Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written

instructions, submits that on 27.02.2026, respondent No.7 approached the police station with a complaint against the petitioner. He further submits that, based on the said complaint, a case in Crime No.71 of 2026 has been registered and the investigation is in progress. Pursuant to the complaint lodged by respondent No.7, respondent No.5 called the petitioner to the police station for the purpose of conducting a preliminary enquiry. Upon enquiry, it was revealed that civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Considering the above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.5 not to call the petitioner henceforth at the behest of the unofficial respondents in connection with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties.
